Profile and branding information: details you choose to add, such as your display name, brokerage, phone, WhatsApp, contact email, license number, and any logos you upload.

Subscription information: the activation codes you redeem and the resulting status and expiry dates of your subscription.

Calculator inputs: figures entered into the calculator (such as sale price and estimated payoff) are used to generate estimates. These are processed to produce results and are not used to identify home sellers.

We use the information to operate and provide the Service, including creating and securing your account, displaying your branded calculator, activating and managing subscriptions, and communicating with you about your account.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying information to maintain, improve, and understand usage of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as hosting and cloud storage), and only as needed to provide the Service.

Please note that the branding and contact details you add to your public calculator link are, by design, visible to anyone with whom you share that link.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BESKAR, our users, or the public.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing and secured storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and profile information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations.

You can review and update your profile and branding information at any time from your dashboard. You can turn your public calculator link off without deleting your settings.

The Service is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
